Travel within 50 miles of Charlotte, NC is included at no extra cost. If your event is farther, a travel fee of $0.65 per mile (round-trip) will apply. For venues requiring more than 3 hours of driving each way, lodging will also need to be covered (minimum 3-star hotel near the venue).

Yes! The bride and groom, plus one pet, are included at no extra cost. If you’d like me to add additional family members, pets, or other special people in more detail, there will be an additional charge. This ensures I have the time to capture them thoughtfully while keeping your painting beautiful and balanced.

To reserve your date, a 25% non-refundable deposit and signed agreement are required. Once both are received, your date is officially secured on my calendar. The remaining balance is due one week before your event.

Yes — I carry professional liability insurance to protect both you and me during your event. This gives venues and couples peace of mind knowing everything is covered.
